Why Do You Easily Give in Temptation to Self-Gratify?

If you lusting about people, you’ll easily give in to temptation to self-gratify. Making it difficult to stop self-gratifying. If you lust about people again, you’ll self-gratify again. If you want to stop self-gratifying, stop lusting about people you see.
